The objective of the Menu Survey is to obtain a complete and accurate description of the foods offered and served by your school nutrition program, including foods offered in reimbursable meals, afterschool snacks and/or suppers, and sold a la carte in the cafeteria or other venues.

You will begin the Menu Survey by answering some basic questions about your school nutrition program. Each day of the target week, you will be asked to provide detailed information about all foods offered and served by your school nutrition program.
